206.070 Cabinet not bound by findings of county judge/executive. The findings and recommendation of the county judge/executive shall not be final or conclusive upon any of the issues, but the cabinet may call upon the applicant for additional evidence covering any facts necessary to support the claim. When the applicant has furnished all the evidence called for by the cabinet or declared his inability to furnish any additional evidence, the claim shall then be passed upon by the cabinet.
