198B.580 Prerequisites to becoming licensed fire protection sprinkler contractor. To become a licensed fire protection sprinkler contractor under KRS 198B.560, a person must comply with the following: (1)  Must have in his employ a certificate holder; (2)  Comply with the minimum insurance requirements of KRS 198B.595; and (3)  Make application to the executive director for a license and pay the fees required. Effective: July 13, 1984. History:Created 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 383, sec. 7, effective July 13, 1984. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/20/2005). 2005 Ky. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
