198A.067 Ordinance required for financing for certain multifamily housing. Before the corporation provides financing for construction of multifamily housing of twelve (12) units or more, an ordinance must be enacted by the fiscal court, city, consolidated local government, or urban-county government in whose territorial limits the construction is to occur.
