194A.711 Criteria to be met by clients. A client shall meet the following criteria: (1)  Be ambulatory or mobile nonambulatory, unless due to a temporary health condition for which health services are being provided in accordance with KRS 194A.705(2) and (3); and (2)  Not be a danger.
