2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .820   "Year" defined.

177.820 "Year" defined. As used in KRS 177.700 to 177.820, "year" means the fiscal year of the Commonwealth, commencing on the first day of July, and ending on the next ensuing thirtieth day of June, unless the context clearly shows a different meaning.
