165A.400 Rules and regulations. The board shall have the authority to promulgate and adopt reasonable rules and regulations for the administration of the provisions of KRS 165A.310 to 165A.390. Effective: July 1, 1976 History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 363, sec. 10, effective July 1, 1976.
