164.895 Authority of board of trustees. The board of trustees of the University of Louisville is hereby authorized to take all action that may be necessary to avail itself of the benefits of KRS 164.890 to 164.895. History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 4, sec. 6.
