161.300 Quorum. Five (5) members of the board of trustees shall constitute a quorum. Each trustee shall be entitled to one (1) vote. Four (4) votes or a majority of the trustees present whichever is the larger number shall be necessary for a decision by the trustees at any meeting of the board.
