161.195 Notice to teacher of student's history of physically abusive conduct or carrying a concealed weapon. Before a student with a documented history of physical abuse of a school employee or of carrying a concealed weapon on school property or at a school function is assigned to work directly with or comes in contact with a teacher, that teacher shall be notified in writing by the principal, guidance counselor, or other school official who has knowledge of the student's behavior. The notice shall describe the nature of the student behavior. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Created 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 393, sec. 2, effective July 14, 1992.
