97.405 Powers and duties of boards of park commissioners vested in cities of second class. All powers and duties formerly granted to or imposed upon the board of park commissioners (white) or the board of park commissioners (colored) in any city of the second class are vested in the city. The title to all park property formerly held by either board in the city is vested in the city, subject to any leases in effect as of May 18, 1956. History: Amended 1966 Ky.
