95A.300 Appeals. An appeal may be taken from any decision of the commission to withhold or terminate payment from the fund to any local government. Appeal shall be to the Circuit Court of the circuit where the controversy originated. Effective: July 15, 1980 History: Created 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 373, sec. 11, effective July 15, 1980.
