2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .555   Authority to establish management districts.

91A.555 Authority to establish management districts. A city of the second through sixth class may establish one (1) or more management districts pursuant to KRS 91A.550 to 91A.580, for the purpose of providing and financing economic improvements that specially benefit property within the management district. History: Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 226, sec. 2, effective July 13, 1990.
