90.990 Penalties. Any person who shall knowingly, or wittingly, or intentionally, or through gross negligence, violate any of the provisions of this chapter pertaining to cities of the first and second classes, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall upon conviction thereof be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), provided, however, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to KRS 90.220. History: Amended 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 137, sec. 4. -- Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 16, sec. 10. Legislative Research Commission Note. Acts 1942, ch. 16, § 15, repealed KRS 90.990 of the Bill to Revise the Kentucky Statutes, which was derived from §§ 2863-9 and 2863-10 of Carroll's Statutes.
