82.088 Regulation of adult establishments. (1) In order to prevent crime, protect the city's retail trade, maintain property values and generally to protect and preserve the quality of its neighborhoods, commercial districts, and the quality of urban life, a city, by ordinance, may regulate the location of adult establishments by dispersing them throughout the city or by concentrating them in one (1) area. (2) "Adult establishment", as used in this section, shall include, but not be limited to, the following: (a)  Adult bookstore; (b)  Adult motion picture theater; or (c)  Adult mini motion picture theater.
