2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .130   Fiscal year.

77.130 Fiscal year. The fiscal year of an air pollution control board district shall begin on the first day of July of each year and end with June 30 next following. Effective: March 14, 1952 History: Created 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 53, sec. 28, effective March 14, 1952.
