77.045 Certified copies of resolution and ordinance admissible in evidence. (1) A copy of a resolution of the fiscal court declaring that there is need for an air pollution control district, duly certified by the county clerk, is admissible in evidence in any suit, action or proceeding. (2) A copy of an ordinance of the legislative body of a city of the first or second class declaring that there is need for an air pollution control district, duly certified by the clerk of such legislative body, is admissible in evidence in any suit, action or proceeding.
