2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .270   Trust and agency fund for fees.

72.270 Trust and agency fund for fees. Fees collected pursuant to KRS 72.210 to 72.275 shall be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to a trust and agency fund to help defray the cost of carrying out the provisions of KRS 72.210 to 72.275. History: Created 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 114, sec. 13.
