64.056 Manner of setting compensation of clerks of the Circuit Court -- Salary increases. Compensation of clerks of the Circuit Court shall be set in accordance with the judicial personnel system. The Chief Justice shall include anticipated salary increases for clerks of the Circuit Court in the judicial branch budget recommendation. The increases may be limited by the General Assembly in the judicial branch budget bill or in the judicial branch budget memorandum as provided in KRS 48.300.
