2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .380   Court disposition level relating to type of trial.

27A.380 Court disposition level relating to type of trial. The court disposition level of the system shall consist of at least the following information as relates to the type of trial: (1)  Jury trial; or (2)  Trial before the judge. Effective: July 15, 1986 History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 389, sec. 14, effective July 15, 1986.
