17.1522 State Police to update database within thirty days of receipt of information from certain levels. The Kentucky State Police shall update the centralized criminal history record information system within thirty (30) days of receipt of information. The update shall include information from the: (1)  Offender level; (2)  Arrest level; and (3)  Informational and evaluational level. Effective: July 15, 1986 History: Created 1986 Ky.
