15A.140 Existing rules and regulations effective until modified or repealed. All rules, regulations, acts, agreements, determinations, and decisions of the Department of Public Safety, Kentucky Law Enforcement Council, and Kentucky Crime Commission shall remain in effect within the cabinet until duly modified or repealed by the secretary.
