2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .050   General counsel.

15A.050 General counsel. The general counsel subject to the provisions of KRS 12.210 shall be appointed by and be directly responsible to the secretary for departmental legal matters. The Attorney General on request of the secretary may designate the general counsel as an assistant attorney general pursuant to KRS 15.105. History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art. V, sec. 6.
