Article 6. - CONSUMER PROTECTION
50-6,112 Penalties.

50-6,112.Penalties. (a) Except as provided in subsections (b) and (c), any person intentionally violating the provisions of K.S.A. 2010 Supp. 50-6,109 through 50-6,111, and amendments thereto, shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor for which the minimum fine is $200.

(b) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of K.S.A. 2010 Supp. 50-6,109 through 50-6,111, and amendments thereto, for the second time within a two-year period shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor for which the minimum fine is $500.

(c) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of K.S.A. 2010 Supp. 50-6,109 through 50-6,111, and amendments thereto, for the third and subsequent times within a two-year period shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor for which the minimum fine is $1,000.
