65-6412. Administrative proceedings; judicial review. Proceedings under the marriage and family therapists licensure act shall be conducted in accordance with the Kansas administrative procedure act. Judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions under the marriage and family therapists licensure act shall be in accordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
