Article 1.--FIRE SAFETY AND PREVENTION

      31-142.   Judicial review of fire marshal's action. Any action of the state fire marshal pursuant to K.S.A. 31-140 and amendments thereto is subject to review in accordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
