2006 Kansas Code - 80-1110
80-1110. Disorganization of townships in counties having county unit road system. Townships located in counties which have adopted the county unit road system in the manner as provided by K.S.A. 68-515b may be disorganized and the territory or parts thereof attached to any other township or townships within such county which are contiguous with the township or any one of the townships being disorganized, in the manner hereinafter provided.
