2006 Kansas Code - 65-520

      65-520.   Same; complaints against registrant. A certificate of registration shall be in force for one year after the date of issuance unless revoked pursuant to K.S.A. 65-521. The certificate shall specify that the registrant may operate a family day care home for six or fewer children. This section shall not be construed to limit the right of the secretary to enter a registered family day care home for the purpose of assessing compliance with K.S.A. 65-516 to 65-522, inclusive, after receiving a complaint against the registrant of such home.
