2006 Kansas Code - 47-1213

      47-1213.   Suspension and revocation of licenses; notice and hearing. The commissioner shall have power to suspend or revoke any license or permit issued under this act for the failure or refusal of any licensee or permit holder to obey and comply with the provisions of this act and all rules and regulations authorized and adopted thereunder, except that before any such license or permit is suspended or revoked the licensee or permit holder shall be notified of the alleged violations and the time and place of hearing thereon, as fixed by the commissioner, and a hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
