2006 Kansas Code - 47-418a

      47-418a.   Same; unlawful acts, penalty. Any person who willfully brands or causes to be branded any cattle in any manner other than as required or authorized by K.S.A. 47-418 and amendments thereto or as required by the laws of this state and the rules and regulations of the livestock commissioner, or any person who falsely brands or causes to be falsely branded any cattle in such a manner as to incorrectly designate the disease control identification or ownership of livestock, shall be deemed guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
