46-1208b. Same; feasibility study; incorporate Washburn university into state system of colleges and universities. The legislative educational planning committee is directed to study the feasibility of incorporating Washburn university into the state system of colleges and universities and to report on said feasibility to the 1977 session of the Kansas legislature and to the governor.
