2006 Kansas Code - 12-1744c

      12-1744c.   Same; certification of issuance and verification by bond counsel. Upon the issuance of revenue bonds for which notice is required to be filed pursuant to K.S.A. 12-1744a, and amendments thereto, a certificate evidencing such issuance shall be filed with the chairperson of the board of tax appeals, along with verification thereof by the appropriate bond counsel within 15 days after the date of such issuance.
