321.8 - DIRECTOR TO PRESCRIBE FORMS.

        321.8  DIRECTOR TO PRESCRIBE FORMS.
         The director shall prescribe and provide suitable forms of
      applications, registration cards, certificates of title and all other
      forms requisite or deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of
      this chapter and any other laws, the enforcement and administration
      of which are vested in the department except manufacturer's or
      importer's certificates.  Manufacturer's and importer's certificates
      shall be provided by the manufacturer or importer and be in the form
      prescribed by the department.
