CHAPTER 321 - MOTOR VEHICLES AND LAW OF THE ROAD
321.33 - EXCEPTION.

        321.33  EXCEPTION.
         The provisions requiring that a registration card be carried in
      the vehicle to which it refers shall not apply when such card is used
      for the purpose of making application for renewal of registration or
      upon a transfer of registration of said vehicle.
