321.203 - SUSPENDING PRIVILEGES OF NONRESIDENTS.

        321.203  SUSPENDING PRIVILEGES OF NONRESIDENTS.
         A nonresident's privilege to operate a motor vehicle on a highway
      in this state is subject to suspension or revocation for the same
      reasons and in the same manner as suspension or revocation of a
      resident's driver's license and is also subject to suspension as
      provided in section 321.513.
