321.169 - ACCOUNT OF PLATES.

        321.169  ACCOUNT OF PLATES.
         The department shall keep an accurate record of all number plates
      issued to each county, and shall also keep a record showing the
      assignment thereof by the county treasurer to motor vehicles.
