CHAPTER 321 - MOTOR VEHICLES AND LAW OF THE ROAD
321.167 - DELIVERY OF PLATES, STICKERS, AND EMBLEMS.

        321.167  DELIVERY OF PLATES, STICKERS, AND EMBLEMS.
         The department, upon requisition by the county treasurer, shall
      provide vehicle registration plates, validation stickers, and emblems
      as required for the administration of this chapter.  Vehicle
      registration plates and validation stickers shall be provided to the
      county treasurer in numerical sequence.
