321.133 - METHODS OF COLLECTION.
321.133 METHODS OF COLLECTION. The collection of all fees and penalties may be enforced against any vehicle or they may be collected by suit against the owner who shall remain personally liable therefor until such time as the transfer thereof shall be reported to the county treasurer and the department or until such time as said vehicle ceases to be in use and all fees and penalties to such date shall be paid.Section History: Early Form
