317.9 - DUTY OF BOARD TO ENFORCE.

        317.9  DUTY OF BOARD TO ENFORCE.
         The responsibility for the enforcement of the provisions of this
      chapter shall be vested in the board of supervisors as to all farm
      lands, railroad lands, abandoned cemeteries, state lands and state
      parks, primary and secondary roads; roads, streets and other lands
      within cities unless otherwise provided.
