317.23 - DUTY OF COUNTY ATTORNEY.

        317.23  DUTY OF COUNTY ATTORNEY.
         It shall be the duty of the county attorney upon complaint of any
      citizen that any officer charged with the enforcement of the
      provisions of this chapter has neglected or failed to perform the
      officer's duty, to enforce the performance of such duty.
