317.2 - STATE BOTANIST.

        317.2  STATE BOTANIST.
         The secretary of agriculture shall appoint as state botanist the
      head of the botany and plant pathology section of the Iowa
      agricultural experiment station whose duty shall be to co-operate in
      developing a constructive weed eradication program.
