316.12 PAYMENTS TO DISPLACED PERSONS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED AS INCOME. Except for any federal or state law providing low-income housing assistance, a payment received by a displaced person under this chapter shall not be considered as income for the purpose of determining the eligibility or extent of eligibility of any person for assistance under any federal or state law or for the purposes of chapter 422.Section History: Early Form
