CHAPTER 314 - ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS FOR HIGHWAYS
314.16 - INTERSTATE 80 -- ROUTE DESIGNATION.

        314.16  INTERSTATE 80 -- ROUTE DESIGNATION.
         The interstate which runs from Council Bluffs on the western
      border through Des Moines to Davenport on the eastern border shall be
      known as interstate 80.  The state transportation commission shall be
      prohibited from changing the route of interstate 80 as designated on
      January 1, 1992.
