313.7 - MONTHLY CERTIFICATION OF FUNDS.

        313.7  MONTHLY CERTIFICATION OF FUNDS.
         The account of the primary road fund kept by the department of
      administrative services and the state treasurer shall show the amount
      of the primary road fund with all credits thereto and disbursements
      therefrom.
