313.62 - DEPARTMENT AUTHORITY.

        313.62  DEPARTMENT AUTHORITY.
         The authority herein given to the department to enter into
      agreements for, accept, take over, operate and maintain such bridges
      may be exercised by the said department independently or in
      cooperation with other governmental agencies within this state or in
      adjoining states.
