313.43 - LATERAL OR DETOUR ROUTES IN CITIES.

        313.43  LATERAL OR DETOUR ROUTES IN CITIES.
         Any city located on the primary road system and in which the
      primary road extension as officially designated does not pass through
      the main part or business district of such city, may designate and
      mark a lateral or detour route in order to facilitate such primary
      road traffic as may desire to get into and out of such business
      district.
