CHAPTER 311 - SECONDARY ROAD ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS
311.2 - WIDTH OF DISTRICT.

        311.2  WIDTH OF DISTRICT.
         Any such secondary road assessment district shall be not more than
      one-half mile wide on each side of the road or roads to be improved
      by said district.
