311.12 - PUBLICATION OF NOTICE.

        311.12  PUBLICATION OF NOTICE.
         The notice shall be published as provided in section 331.305 in
      the county as near as practicable to the district.  Proof of the
      publication shall be made by the publisher by affidavit filed with
      the county engineer.
