CHAPTER 310 - FARM=TO=MARKET ROADS
310.9 - PROJECTS AUTHORIZED BY DEPARTMENT.

        310.9  PROJECTS AUTHORIZED BY DEPARTMENT.
         Before authorizing for letting any farm-to-market road project,
      the department shall satisfy itself that the county engineer's office
      in that county is organized, equipped and financed to discharge
      satisfactorily the duties required in this chapter.
