CHAPTER 310 - FARM=TO=MARKET ROADS
310.34 - SECONDARY ROAD RESEARCH FUND.

        310.34  SECONDARY ROAD RESEARCH FUND.
         Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the department is hereby
      authorized to set aside each year not to exceed one and one-half
      percent of the receipts in the farm-to-market road fund in a fund to
      be known as the secondary road research fund.
