310.19 - SUPERVISION AND INSPECTION OF WORK.

        310.19  SUPERVISION AND INSPECTION OF WORK.
         The county engineer is charged with the duty of supervision,
      inspection and direction of the work of construction of
      farm-to-market road projects under this chapter.  In this capacity,
      the county engineer is responsible for the efficient, economical, and
      good-faith performance of the work.
